Great service! Called in to tell them i was having my car towed in and they said they couldn't see it till Wednesday. The following day they texted with a update of required repairs and had the vehicle done on Tuesday.

They got me in quick, fixed me up and made a repair that was covered under their warranty without trying to charge me. I have an older BMW with low mileage and I plan to keep going back. Thanks fellas!

As soon as I turned on my AC, I could tell it was 100% better, and I knew I wasn't going to suffer through another awful summer again. I have been coming to Andersen's for years, and they have taken care of my many different foreign cars from Volvo to Mini and each car has received excellent care. Megan is excellent at customer service, and Karl and Jim and the rest of the technicians are fabulous. I thank them for their friendship, service and care they have given me for all these years.
