I had taken my VW to a different mechanic, I wont go in depth but it was a horrible experience. Had my vehicle back for about a week when I noticed gasoline pouring out from under my engine. Knew I couldnt take it to the same mechanic even though they offered a 2 year warranty on the parts and work. A warranty is no good when they cant do the job correct... i was in a bad spot, not really knowing what to do. Fortunately for me, I work about a mile from Andersens and had the car towed there. Jim and the staff at Andersens fixed in three days what the previous mechanic took a month and $4,000 to get wrong. Truthfully, the best mechanic experience I've had in a very long time. Highly recommend.

Great family business, always helpful, timely and fair priced. Very trustworthy. The hatchback struts on my Volvo XC70 were replaced very quickly.

It's nice to leave a positive review for an excellent company with outstanding communication and attention-to-detail. They inspected one of my Mercedes thoroughly and identified some problems in their early stages that need will to be addressed.
