Jim is a fantastic mechanic - he found an obscure broken wire in a wiring harness that was causing my power steering to malfunction. Steering rack or even electronic control units would have cost thousands and not fixed the problem. He researched technical service bulletins on other year cars and diagnosed it that way. AMAZING!!!!

I have a very high mileage BMW and always take my car to Andersen's, wouldn’t take it anywhere else. I recently took my car in regarding a loud rattle in the front end. It turned out to be a part which had failed from a prior year’s repair and was totally replaced under their warranty which was a pleasant surprise. I trust them implicitly to identify if something is a safety issue or not and provide honest assessments of implications of delaying repairs. I also appreciate the red/yellow/green reports on multiple things they routinely check. Highly recommend them for service and repairs.

Went in for scheduled maintenance and an engine leak. They fixed the leak, explained what caused it and how to avoid it in the future. The service was efficient and reasonably priced. And it is a pleasure doing business with a locally owned business with friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful people.

I had taken my VW to a different mechanic, I wont go in depth but it was a horrible experience. Had my vehicle back for about a week when I noticed gasoline pouring out from under my engine. Knew I couldnt take it to the same mechanic even though they offered a 2 year warranty on the parts and work. A warranty is no good when they cant do the job correct... i was in a bad spot, not really knowing what to do. Fortunately for me, I work about a mile from Andersens and had the car towed there. Jim and the staff at Andersens fixed in three days what the previous mechanic took a month and $4,000 to get wrong. Truthfully, the best mechanic experience I've had in a very long time. Highly recommend.

I very much enjoy using Andersons Services for my Audi. I bought the car from a friend and they had serviced the car all of its life. I really enjoy the text messages with updates and what needs to be worked on with prices. It beats hearing it over the phone and unsure what really is needed. They tend to be a couple days or a week booked out but rightfully so. I’ve brought the car to another German garage and told me stuff that Andersons didn’t and fully trust this team. Highly recommend!

Great service! Called in to tell them i was having my car towed in and they said they couldn't see it till Wednesday. The following day they texted with a update of required repairs and had the vehicle done on Tuesday.

I trust Andersen's fully. Last time my car was serviced, they told me I would need new front brakes soon. I took my car back in about 8 months later and they told me I still have enough life left in the brakes and that they don't need to be replaced yet!!! Highly recommend Anderson's for any service, from oil changes to turbo replacements. I worked with them after getting a diagnosis of a faulty turbo from a dealership, and they helped me hone in the problem, discovered an error on the dealership's part, and saved me several thousands of dollars in repair costs by doing so. They replaced the entire turbo assembly in my 2012 Audi Q5 quickly and expertly, and also performed an oil change and a cabin air filter change, all done with high-quality parts. Super friendly staff, very attentive and proactive when it comes to communication. I will be coming here in the future for all of my service or tune-up needs.

Second time coming to Andersen's for a tune up on my 09 VW rabbit. Clear diagnostics(with PHOTOS!!!), honest, kind, communicative and great pricing. Found leaks handful of other shops could not find. Car rides solid, great warranty coverage, great to feel supported if anything else needs repair. Would recommend for all foreign car service needs!
