Jim is a fantastic mechanic - he found an obscure broken wire in a wiring harness that was causing my power steering to malfunction. Steering rack or even electronic control units would have cost thousands and not fixed the problem. He researched technical service bulletins on other year cars and diagnosed it that way. AMAZING!!!!

I have a very high mileage BMW and always take my car to Andersen's, wouldn’t take it anywhere else. I recently took my car in regarding a loud rattle in the front end. It turned out to be a part which had failed from a prior year’s repair and was totally replaced under their warranty which was a pleasant surprise. I trust them implicitly to identify if something is a safety issue or not and provide honest assessments of implications of delaying repairs. I also appreciate the red/yellow/green reports on multiple things they routinely check. Highly recommend them for service and repairs.
